Biography

I am dedicated to helping future and current teachers of mathematics foster mathematical curiosity in their students. I want students of all ages to be excited about mathematics and to see themselves as creators of mathematical ideas. I do this by modeling my own teaching after the way I think mathematics should be taught. I encourage students to ask mathematical questions, support learning by asking questions and providing information as it is needed, and help students to summarize their learning.
